PartsMeshIO is the controller of personal data collected through this website and waitlist. We are based in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Write to hello@partsmeshio.com. See Company for UK and EU particulars.

We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Where an EU representative is appointed, their details appear on the Company page.

If you join the waitlist we collect:

• Work email (required)
• Name, company, role, and a message, if you provide them
• The time you accepted these terms and this policy
• Technical data the server needs to receive your request (for example IP address in server logs)

If you email us, we process the content of that correspondence. We do not ask for special-category data on this site.

Waitlist data is processed on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(b) does not apply until there is a product contract; Article 6(1)(a) consent applies to the waitlist). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

We use the data to: confirm you joined; contact you when an MVP or related product is ready; understand which audience you belong to; keep a record of consent; and protect the site against abuse.

Operating the website, security, and responding to legal requests are processed as our legitimate interests, or where required to comply with UK or EU law.

Waitlist records are kept until we have contacted you about the product, you ask us to delete them, or we close the waitlist and no longer need the list — whichever comes first. We then delete or irreversibly anonymise the record unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with: infrastructure and hosting providers that run this site; an email or notification service if we use one to alert our team of a signup; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it.

Those providers may process data in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another country. Where a transfer leaves the UK or EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU standard contractual clauses.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw waitlist consent. Email hello@partsmeshio.com. We may need to verify your identity.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk) or to the data-protection authority in your EU member state. We would rather resolve the issue with you first.

This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this policy when our processing changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes to waitlist processing may be sent to the email you gave us.
